About
I’m a Senior Lecturer (Education Focused), in the School of Psychology and Neuroscience and have been here since 1992. I’m interested in research methods teaching, critical reasoning, science communication and Growth Mindset. I have completed a number of significant projects in the past few years including (1) an evaluation of Readiness for Learning in primary schools, and (2) a review of NHSGGC Trauma Informed Practice Training Needs Assessment Final Report. My Master’s by research student has just successfully completed her research project on Mastery Learning in secondary schools and ‘graduated’ (COVID year).
